

Warren Morley, 91, of Darien, died Tuesday September 7, 2010 at Fairhaven Assisted Living Home in Brunswick. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, September 11, 2010 at Golden Isles Church of God with Rev. Bobby Tatum and Rev. Todd Garner officiating. A private interment will take place at a later time. A.J. Tucker, Joseph L. Hannah, Grant J. Morley, Greyson T. Morley, Robert Eason and Tim Gore will serve as pallbearers.
Born October 10, 1918 in Camden, New Jersey to the late John Henry and Mary Emma Todd Morley. He was a graduated from high school in Collingswood, New Jersey. Mr. Morley served in the Army Air Force during WWII as a Staff Sergeant and Gunnery Instructor, and retired from Lincoln Graphics in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. He had been a resident of Darien for 8 years and attended Golden Isles Church of God. He was a former Deacon and Sunday School Teacher in his prior church affiliations in Charlotte, NC and Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Mr. Morley was an avid gardener and photographer. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister Frances West.
Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Francesca C. Morley of Darien, a son, Jeffrey Warren Morley and wife Sharon of Scottsdale, AZ, a daughter, Elise F. Morley of Darien, five grandchildren, Dr. A.J. Tucker and wife Carmela, Jillian D. Morley, Greyson T. Morley, Joseph L. Hannah and Grant J. Morley, a brother in law, Alfred Chierici of New Jersey, nieces, Gail West, Janet W. Vinsch, Lenora Penny, and Michele C. Conner, nephews, Mark Chierici and David Del Vecchio and many grand nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Saturday morning from 9:00 AM until the funeral hour at Golden Isles Church of God. Edo Miller and Sons is in charge of arrangements. www.edomillerandsons.com
