My wife has known Joe for more than ten years and I had the honor of meeting him two years ago. I enjoyed talking and sharing some of my military memories with him. Joe was a man with a vast amount of knowledge. I must say, he was one of the most intelligent men I have ever met. I will miss the time I spent talking to him. I am sure the world will miss him too. Not many people have contributed as much as Joe has. RIP, my friend.
