Juanita Roberts Cason

Juanita Roberts Cason, 81, of Brunswick, GA passed away Monday April 28, 2014 at Sears Manor in Brunswick, GA. A celebration of Life will be held 3 PM Saturday May 3, 2014 in the chapel of Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home, with Rev. Tim Brown officiating.

Mrs. Cason a life- long resident of Brunswick, GA, born July 1, 1932 to the late Calvin Roberts and the late Ola Elizabeth Roberts Mosley.

In addition to Mrs. Cason’s parents she is preceded in death by her husband of 63 years Alvin Dennis Cason, son Calvin Dennis Cason, step-father William Wesley Mosely, and daughter-in-law Linda Joyce Cason, infant grandson Benjamin Cason.

Survivors include her daughter Jana Cason Hunter, her son Kerry Cason and wife Pam all of Brunswick, GA, three grandchildren Richard Dennis Cason and wife Marion ,Chloe and Claire Hunter all of Brunswick, GA, and step-grandson John Lever and wife Gina of St. Simons Island, GA, four great-grandchildren, and several nieces nephew, and a. devoted cousin Paul Daniels.

Mrs. Cason retired from nursing in 1975. She enjoyed volunteering with the Pink ladies at Southeast Georgia Health System. She loved her husband and family with an unwavering commitment. She served God thru teaching Sunday school, Women’s mission’s director and by instilling Christian values in her family by example.

She touched many lives. Truly the virtuous woman who was loved and showed love to all she met.
