Kam Mee Chow, age 85, of Brunswick, Georgia passed away on Wednesday May 30, 2018. Kam was born October 3, 1932 in Hop Ping, China, to the late Arthur Woo and the late Lok Kam Wong. He had been a resident of Brunswick since 1977. Kam was the owner of New China Restaurant in Brunswick until his retirement. When Kam wasn't at the restaurant, he enjoyed going to the dog races in Jacksonville and to the Emerald Prince Casino. He was an avid fisherman. Kam leaves fond memories that will be cherished by all.
Kam is survived by his loving wife, Yun Pik Kwan Chow; son, Gene Chow; two daughters, Jeanny Fair and Laurel Lane; two brothers, Edmund Woo and Archie Woo and a sister, Maylem Bowers. Kam also leaves behind two grandchildren, three great - grandchildren and several other family members.
A gathering with a reception for Kam will be held Saturday, June 2, 2018 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home, 3321 Glynn Ave., Brunswick, Georgia 31520.
