Kenneth Anthony Tucker of Darien, Georgia entered into Heaven’s Gates Sunday, October 24, 2021 at the age of 86. He was born in Jesup, Georgia the son of the late Charles and Nora Tucker. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Linda Tharpe Tucker.
Kenneth was a native of South Georgia and a graduate from Richmond Hill High School. After high school, he entered the United States Air Force. He served his country honorably and retired after 21 years of service. He retired at the rank of Technical Sergeant. After his retirement, he moved to Darien where he has resided for the past 17 years. He was an active member of the Darien United Methodist Church. He also volunteered at the church with the Charlie’s Place program. He enjoyed cooking with his specialty was baking. He also enjoyed Woodworking and gardening. Kenneth also loved to spend time with his family and friends.
Kenneth is survived by his son, Russell Tucker and his family; a step son, Scott Blackwell and his family.
A graveside service with full military honors will be conducted at 3:00 PM Wednesday, October 27, 2021 in Brunswick Memorial Park Cemetery with Rev. Bruce Morgan officiating.
