

Andy grew up on St. Simons, Island and graduated from Glynn Academy where he was a member of the Debate Club. In the mid 1970s, Andy was also actively involved in the St. Simon’s Island Players Club with roles in the Wizard of Oz, Pinocchio, and Mary Poppins.
After graduation, Andy proudly served his country in the United States Navy from 1981 to 1987 as an Engineer. After his Naval service, he worked as a Radiation Protection Technician at the Naval Shipyards and then served as Director of Media Services & Instructional Technology at TRA Telecommunications Research Associates residing in St. Mary’s, Kansas.
Andy returned to live in Southeast Georgia in the 1990s and was caretaker for his Mother until she passed. Andy was especially fond of animals, and his love for cats brought him immense joy and comfort during his life.
He was the beloved son of Marcia and James Tuttle and survived by four brothers: Nick Tuttle, Curt Tuttle, Ben Tuttle, and Chris Tuttle. Andy was a cherished uncle and cousin, leaving behind a large and loving extended family. Andy's quiet, loving nature will be profoundly missed by all who knew him.
