Lillian Lucille Cotney

Mrs. Cotney was a native of Pensacola, Fl., and had been a resident of Waycross since2004. She was a former resident of Brunswick since 1961 before moving to Waycross. She was a graduate of Glynn Academy Class of 1965. She retired from F.L.E.T.C. at Glynco in December 2006.

She loved Clogging and was a member of the Rainbow Express and the South Georgia County Line cloggier.

Survivors are her husband, Jack Cotney of Waycross, Ga., children, Alysia Davis of Waycross, Janet Gorsuch of Guyton, Ga., Jack Leslie Cotney of Brunswick, three grandchildren, Kalyn Green of Brantley County, Ga., Dylan Sherman of Waycross, and Allison Mosher of Brunswick.

Graveside services will be held at 2 PM Friday 5/4/12 in the Palmetto Cemetery with Brother Keith Brown officiating.

The family will receive friends in the Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home from 7 to 9 PM Thursday night. And the Family request in lieu of flowers contributions be made to the American Cancer Society.
