Margaret L Austin

Mrs. Austin was born on January 28, 1925 in Pike County , Kentucky. She was a long time member of the Pine Ridge Baptist Church in Brunswick.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth D. Austin; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Webb, Sr.; and brother, Curtis Webb.

Mrs. Austin is survived by her daughter, Sheila Carol Smith and husband Jerome of Griffin, Georgia; two sons, Kenneth (Skip) Austin and wife, Cathy, and Randy E. Austin all of Brunswick, Georgia; three brothers: Chester Webb of Bunnell, Florida, Alfred Webb, Jr. of Holly Hill, Florida, and Robert Webb of Georgetown, Kentucky; four sisters: Beatrice Combs, Jacksonville, Florida; Nellie Hogan, Baltimore, Maryland; Betty Carey, Kermit, West Virginia; and Mary Parsley of Indianapolis, Indiana; ten grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren.

Mrs. Austin was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and sister; and was in turn loved and cherished by her family.

Funeral Services will be held at 3 O’Clock Tuesday 11/2/10 in the Chapel of the Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Ed Hurst and Rev. Michael Gibbs officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery in Brunswick

Active Pallbearers will be: Adam Austin, Dayton Austin, Nicholas Ferra, Stephen Watts, Mark Watts and Raymond Leavitt. Honorary pallbearers will be: Austin Lee Leavitt and Matthew Watts.

The family will receive friends in the Funeral Home from 1:30 to 3 Pm Tuesday.
