

Mrs. Durrance was born April 5, 1931 in Coffee County the daughter of the late Archie Monroe and Mattie Anderson. She was the wife of the late Lewis Jackson Durrance. She was also a member of Southside Baptist Church in Brunswick, Georgia. She loved to spend time with her family and treasured every moment spent with her great-grandchildren. She enjoyed working in her vegetable garden and also took great pride in tending to her flowers.
Mrs. Durrance was preceded in death by her parents, Archie and Mattie Anderson; her husband, Lewis Jackson Durrance; a sister, Mary C. Anderson; one brother, Luke Anderson; a son-in-law, Albert Esposito. She is survived by her son, Keith Durrance (Anna) of Hortense, Georgia; a daughter, Debra Esposito of Hortense, Georgia; one grandson, Daniel K. Durrance (Holly W.) of Hortense, Georgia; a great granddaughter, Katherine Analyn Durrance of Hortense, Georgia; three brothers, John D. Anderson (Lynet) of Westgreen, Georgia, Tommy Anderson (Molly) of Douglas,Georgia, and Joseph Anderson of Nahunta, Georgia; one sister, Myrtle Veal (Billy) of Jacksonville, Florida. She is also survived by two special fiends, Jeff and Melinda Barber. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
The family will receive friends during the hours of 10:00 – 11:00 AM Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home. A memorial service to honor her life will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, October 4, 2016 in the Chapel of Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home. Pastor Ronnie Foster will officiate the service with burial to follow in Chapel Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Durrance will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Her family will have many fond memories to cherish for years to come.
