Martha was the heart and soul of her family. She lovingly raised two sons, Reed Stanphill (m. Jennifer), and Charlie Stanphill (m. Christina). Martha was a devoted wife married for 38 years to Eugene Hartleb, Cumming, GA. As a "Meme" to Jonathan, David, and Rivers she fully embraced her role with endless Christmas cookies, encouragement, adventures, cheering at sporting events, and love. Martha was a superb example of how a mother-in-law best loves her sons by fully embracing and supporting her daughters-in-love.
Originally from Trenton, GA she is preceded in death by her parents, Homer and Virginia Reed. She attended Christ Place Church in Flowery Branch, GA and worked for many years in orthodontics in Roswell, GA.
Martha was known for her beautiful smile, infectious laugh, and kind heart. She was quick with a compliment and always a true southern lady complete with a “Miss Dade County” title. Martha will be dearly missed and always remembered. She would want us all to share a laugh and raise a glass in celebration of her journey home!
