Mary A. Bayer, age 87, died Monday, November 24, 2014, at Elberta Health Care in Warner Robins. Mary worked as a supervisor at Golden Shores Seafood from the day it opened until the day the original owners sold the business. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joe I. and Susie Roberson, five brothers, four sisters and one grandson.
She is survived by a sister, Lois Gaskins of Garden City, GA; a brother, Elmer Roberson of Sherman, TX; a daughter, Barbara Pittman (Merrill) of Kathleen, GA; grandchildren, Anna Leverette (2 great granddaughters and one grandson) of Kathleen, GA, Robin Pittman (2 great grandsons) of Orlando, FL, and David Pittman (Theresa) of Brunswick; God grandchild, Amber Nicole Lawrence (Shawn) and their 4 children, of Hoboken, GA, and 21 nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Friday, November 28, 2014 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 11:00 am in the Chapel of Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home.
Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
