Mary Abby Drawdy, age 70, of Brunswick, died peacefully at home Friday, February 24, 2012, after a brief illness. She was born in Dublin, GA, and lived in Brunswick most of her life. She was a tax specialist who loved flowers, reading books, and talking to her friends and family. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Drawdy, Sr.
Survivors include her only child, James Drawdy, Jr.; two sisters, Alberta Gilleon (Bobby) and Annette Ramirez; two brothers, Albert Hampton and Audrey Hampton (Cindy); and several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be Wednesday, February 29, 2012 from 4:00 to 5:00 pm with the service beginning at 5:00 pm in the Chapel of Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home. Reverend Harold Turner will officiate.
