

Mary Miller Eason, 93, of Brunswick, passed away peacefully at her daughter’s residence in Darien, Sunday, November 2, 2014. The family will receive friends Thursday evening, November 6, 2014 from 5PM until 7PM at Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 7PM in the chapel of Edo Miller and Sons with Rev. Darrell Joiner officiating. Private family inurnment will follow in in Palmetto Cemetery at a later date. Born October 26, 1921 in Brunswick, Georgia to the late W.H. and Minnie B. Bunkley, she was a lifelong resident of Glynn County. Mrs. Eason was of the Baptist Faith and was a former member of the Elks Club. A loving mother and grandmother, she enjoyed spending time with her family. She also worked at St. Marks Towers as a security guard for 12 years. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two husbands, Jimmie A. Miller, and Joseph Eason, a daughter, Jeannette Miller Harnacke, two sons, Stephen R. Miller, and Jimmie A. Miller, Jr., and mother and father in law, Addie and Edo Miller. Survivors include her children, Lloyd P. Miller of Brunswick, a daughter, Shirley Miller Felton and husband Felix of Darien, and Frank L. Brock and wife Jackie of Brunswick, grandchildren, Steve Anderson, Evie Anderson Vaughn and fiance Mike Dixon, Jason Harnacke and wife Angie, Jimmie Harnacke and special friend Michelle Rambow, John Harnacke, Kelly Brock, Ted Brock and wife Darota, and Anne Marie Francisco, step grandchildren, Mark Felton and wife Crissy, Kelly Felton Brown and husband Chris, and Kim Felton Barnhill and husband Ronnie, several great grandchildren, a sister, Elsie Kalcos and husband Pete of Augusta, a brother, Marion Bunkley, and many nieces and nephews.
