Mary Louise Slee entered into the church Triumphant, after living with Alzheimer’s disease for many years, on Tuesday, January 29th, 2019. Mrs. Slee was a resident of Saint Simons Island at Magnolia Manor but was originally from Philipsburg, Pennsylvania. She is survived by three of her four children Keith Monroe, Mary Monroe, and Jacquelyn Monroe and also by her sister Martha Rusnak, and her two brothers, John and Ed Rusnak. She also leaves behind her six grand children Jamison, Benjamin, Mary Kate, Gracie, Jack, and Madilyn.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, February 6th at 2pm at the Philipsburg Cemetery in Philipsburg, Pennsylvania. A Memorial Service will be held for Mrs. Slee at Lord of Life Lutheran
Church located at 2801 Frederica Road, Saint Simons Island, on Friday, February 15th at 2pm.
