Patricia Lynn "Patty" Dryden (née Bullard) of St. Simons Island passed away on March 23, 2025, in Brunswick, Georgia, at Hospice of the Golden Isles. Born on January 16, 1951, in Antlers, Oklahoma, Patty brought warmth and kindness to all who knew her.
She was a devoted mother to Casey and Erin Dryden and shared a special bond with her "adopted" daughter Alison Donnelly and her family. Patty is also lovingly remembered by many family members and friends, especially her siblings, Karen Bullard, Dee Dee Powell, and Dean Huddleston, and their families, and her cherished “cousin-sister” Cathy Foshee. She was preceded in death by one month by her beloved husband of 48 years, David Dryden, along with her parents and the many dear relatives welcoming her on the other side.
Patty's sweet demeanor, generous spirit, unwavering kindness, and fiery red hair, left an indelible mark on everyone in her orbit. Her memory will continue to bring comfort and joy to those who were fortunate enough to know her.
