Ralph Edward Spurr, age 72, of Brunswick, died Monday, February 16, 2015. Ralph was a native of Massachusetts and had lived in Brunswick for the past 12 years. He was a veteran of the US Navy and a former electrician for the City of Somerville, MA. He is described as a simple, quiet, hardworking man whose grandchildren meant the world to him!
He is survived by his wife, Donna Palmer Spurr of Brunswick; a daughter, Ronda Spurr of Haverhill, MA; two sons, Christopher Spurr (Heather) of Poland, ME and Craig Spurr of Brunswick; four grandchildren, Bradford, Mitchell, Peyton and Griffin Spurr, and a brother, Richard Spurr of Wilmington, MA.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 25, 2015 from 3:00 to 5:00 pm at Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home.
A graveside service with military honors will be held at a later date in Massachusetts.
