Robert Franklin Willis

Robert F. Willis, 83 of Brunswick GA and formerly of Vineland NJ passed away peacefully at home on Friday, March 22 2024. He was the son to the late Hildegard (Haars) and William Willis and resided most of his life in Vineland until moving to Georgia nine years ago.

Bob was a Graduate of Vineland High School and reminisced continuously with everyone about his love of his football days. He was employed with Executive Business Products and Freese Enterprises. Instead of retiring, Bob joined Best Buy for their grand opening and remained there for several years where he developed a strong relationship and a second family. He loved his Best Buy Family.

Bob belonged to the Masonic Lodge of Millville and spoke of his compassion for scuba diving, scouts, and being a member of The Order of the Arrow up until his final days. However, his greatest love of all was his family. Bob and his wife Lucy were inseparable for 60 years. He spent every minute he had as well with his daughters. He was the best neighborhood dad who played football with all the kids and would always pile everyone he could fit into his car and take them to Parvin State Park or for ice cream. When he was blessed with grandchildren, he would always create activities such as treasure and scavenger hunts. He truly was an exceptional husband, father, and grandfather.

Bob was also predeceased by his brother and sister-in law, William and Sunny Willis. His mother-in law, Louise Gallina and sister -in law Antoinette Smith. Sadly, he was just recently predeceased by his son-in -law Henry “Stu” Harris.

He is survived and will be dearly missed by his loving wife Lucille and his daughters Jacque Harris, Donna Buscemi (Michael), and Michelle Quick (Travis). His memories will be forever remembered by his eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren, with two on the way.

Funeral arrangements will be private and under the care of Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home, Brunswick Ga.
