

Roswell King Lambright, 92, a lifelong resident of Brunswick, went home to be with his Lord on October 19, 2010. He was born on March 8, 1918, the sixth child of Munro and Nevada Lambright. He was preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, Joan Drumps Lambright, his parents, four brothers, J.R., Joe, Frank, & B.J. Lambright, three sisters, Elizabeth Bonnel, Leonel McKendree, & Sybil Long.
Survivors include ten nieces, Cheryl Kicklighter, Barbara Harper, Mary Scott, Marian Spooner, Dorinda Younce, Peggy Shaw, Rosella Haskins, DeAlva Long, Gail Clark and Robin Smith; six nephews, Gatchell Lambright, Roswell Long, Robert Long, Steve Lambright, James McKendree, and George Jones; and numerous grandnieces and grand nephews. He was truly loved as “Uncle Roswell” and will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
He was a charter member of Brunswick Country Club, an avid golfer having won the club championship several times.
He was a member of First United Methodist Church, Brunswick.
He retired from Brunswick Pulp and Paper on July 30, 1980 after 40 years of faithful service.
Visitation will be held Thursday, October 21st from 6-8 PM and funeral service will be Friday, October 22nd at 11:00 AM at Edo Miller Funeral Home in Brunswick. Interment will be at Brunswick Memorial Park.
