Ruby Lena Carroll

Ruby was born on November 30, 1933 to Henry and Leitha Dykes in Wheeler County GA. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. She loved God with all of her heart and served the Lord faithfully.

She is predeceased by her husband H.B. Carroll; daughters Wilma C. Senior and Helen J Carlo; grandson Steven R. Watson; sisters Leila Crosby and Joann Whitney and Betty Smith; brothers, Richard Dykes, Roy Dykes, and Henry Dykes Jr.

Survivors include her daughters Jeanenne Freeman (Ricky) and Melissa Higgins (Kevin); grandchildren Delaine Nolf, Mitchell Senior (Janette), Christopher Senior (Neena), Crystal Davis (Dustin), Courtney Roundtree (Nicholaus), Donovan Freeman (Courtney), Katherin Roszell (Jacob); great grandchildren Soncera Hamilton, Kyra Collins, Steven Watson, Roxanna Watson, Lauren Senior, Claire Senior, Gunnar Senior, Dallas Senior, Tyson Senior Shelby Davis, Leeland Davis, Tristan Roundtree, Ridge Freeman, Gage Freeman, and Chloe Freeman; great great grandchildren; Emma Hamilton, Harper Hamilton, and Jasper Roberts

A visitation will be held Tuesday, June 16 from 5-7 p.m. at Edo Miller Funeral Home in Brunswick. A celebration of life service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on June 17, 2026 at Christian Renewal Church in Brunswick. Burial will follow at Palmetto Cemetery in Brunswick.
