Russell Lee Tucker Sr.

Russell was born on November 16, 1947, in Brunswick, Georgia, to the late Bernie Tucker and Eva Lois Little. He was a graduate of Glynn Academy, Class of 1967, and was of the Methodist faith. He worked for SCM in maintenance for many years.

Russell enjoyed drawing, boating, hunting, woodworking, and, most of all, spending time with his family.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Tommy Tucker and Darrell Tucker, and his sisters, Deborah Crouse and Sharon Tucker.

Russell is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Cynthia Seawell Tucker; four children, Lisa Smith, Eddie Smith (Dawn), Kim Schmid, and Rusty Tucker(Hollis) six grandchildren, Elizabeth Marseille (Ahijah), Haley Schmid (Austen), Dustin LaRoche, Jack LaRoche, Tucker Schmid (Gianna), and Abi LaRoche; and four great-grandchildren, Lukas McKeithen, Jeffery LaRoche, Asher McKeithen, and Isla McKeithen. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
