Paul is survived by his children, Hannah Minter of Hortense, Heather Sapp of Hortense, Tiffany Morgan of Waynesville and Timothy Minter of Waynesville; six granddaughters; a brother, Jason Minter and a sister, Deborah Seago. Several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends also survive.
A graveside service with fireman's honors will be held Tuesday, June 17, 2025 at 11:00 am at Paul's Residence, 153 First Avenue, Waynesville, Georgia 31566.
