

Victoria Jackson George, lovingly known as "Tori," passed away on April 12, 2026, in Snohomish, Washington, at the age of 36. Born in Atlanta, Georgia, Tori lived a life defined by service, love, friendship, and adventure.
Tori is survived by her husband, Richard George; her mother, Elizabeth Oastler Jackson; her brother, Taylor Bancker Jackson (Angela); and her sister, Juliette Jackson McLaurin (Joseph). She was preceded in death by her father, Russell Allen Jackson.
One of Tori's proudest accomplishments was her service to her country, spending nine years enlisted in the United States Navy. She continued her professional career with five years at Boeing and had recently begun an exciting new position with Starlink.
On October 9, 2023, Tori married Richard George, and together they shared a life filled with love, laughter, and devotion to their family, including her beloved stepchildren.
Tori was passionate about marine life, cherished her many friendships, and loved spending time with her husband, family, and cats. She enjoyed online gaming, hiking the beautiful trails of Washington State, and attending live music events. Those who knew her will remember her as caring, passionate, friendly, incredibly smart, and deeply devoted to her country and her family.
A visitation will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 13, at Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home, followed by a memorial service at 2:00 p.m.
Tori's memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
