

He has gone to be with the Lord and his beloved wife of 49 years, Billie Odom Little, who preceded him on their spiritual journey.
Judge Little was an extraordinary man with many accomplishments in the military, as an attorney, and as a judge. He was a graduate of both Armstrong College and Emory University School of Law. He served on special staff of the U.S. Army at the Pentagon. He was a member of faculty of the Judge Advocate General (JAG) School at the University of Virginia. He was the Solicitor of the City Court of Brunswick (prosecuting over 21,000 criminal cases), the Judge of Civil and Criminal Court of Brunswick, and was a member of the Blythe Island Baptist Church. He authored four textbooks which were used in the JAG school teaching curriculum, and is listed in the 1957-58 edition of the Georgia Official and Statistical Register. Judge Little also liked unusual pets, especially monkeys, one of which made headlines in the Brunswick News after landing in jail.
He is survived by his sister Mrs. Jo Ann Stephens and husband Jim of Decatur, GA., nieces and family, Dr. Ann Stephens, Mrs. Carolyn Hitchcock, and Mrs. Linda Dahlgren; Step- Daughter Margaret Brenda Myers Lies of Virginia Beach, Virginia; two grandchildren Tara E. Lies Forsythe and her husband Keith Forsythe of Myrtle Beach, SC; Shawn D. Lies and his wife Kimberly of Appling, GA; two great grandchildren Hunter & Annie.
Graveside funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, June 21st, 2017, at 2:00 PM at the Hillcrest Abbey Cemetery in Savannah, GA with Pastor Tim Brown officiating.
