Doing business with Bill the last two years was a delight.  We will miss his charm, humor and visits. 
Condolences to his family and loved ones.

I was overseas when my stepdad Bill passed away and just got back in the United States. He raised me from when I was 7 years on and he was a good father. I took his name early on in elementary school and legally changed it when I went into the Navy when I was 18. We butted heads like brothers sometimes but he cared about me and I cared about him. I was notified by my former stepmother Elvira Matthews today  and I just wanted to give my condolences to  Linda,  Pat, Bobby, Plummey, Charles and little Charles. There are so many stories I could tell about him all funny of course but I just wanted to say I loved him and he was a good father.    Goodbye Bill. I will miss you.     Jeff Owens
