She is survived by her loving children Maarten (Lindy), Maria, Laurens (Linda); grandchildren Linda (David) Bozarth, Leonard (Desiree) Visser, Gonnie (Sean) Imeson, Susanna (Kristopher) Mitschke, Brian, Julie; great grandchildren Cole, Blake, William, Ethan, Graeden, Evan, Brady, Sienna and Parker. She is also survived by the children she considered to be her extended family: Sherieen, Jamal, Tonesha and Aaron as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Leendert, infant grandson, Michael James and her brother, Lens.

A Funeral Service will be held at Foster’s Garden Chapel, 3220 – 4 Street N.W., Calgary, Alberta (across from Queen’s Park Cemetery) on Saturday, February 8, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Queen’s Park Cemetery.
