Anne Shiela O’Bray passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Sunday, October 16, 2011 at the age of 78 years. Anne will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 54 years, Ronald (Woody) O’Bray, her son Ron O’Bray, her daughters and sons-in-law Sharon and Barry Ahlstrom and Susan and Les White all of Calgary and her three grandchildren Ryan, Aaron and Brenna Ahlstrom. Anne is also survived by her sister Doreen. She was predeceased by her brothers Alan, Charlie and Bob and her sisters Evelyn, Margaret, Marjorie and Hazel.
Annie was the youngest of nine children of Robert and Alice MacDonald. She was born at home in Calgary on November 17, 1932. She met Woody in Airdrie and they were married on March 8, 1957 in Calgary where they made their home and raised their family.

A Celebration of Life will be held at SOUTH CALGARY FUNERAL CENTRE, 12700 Macleod Trail South, (at Lake Fraser Gate) Calgary on Thursday, October 20, 2011 at 1:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made directly to the Bethany Care Centre, 1736 – 1 Avenue NW, Airdrie, AB T4B 2C4.
