Anne is survived by her children Don (Mari) Quast, Glenn Quast, Karen (Michael) Woofter, Darcy (Kathy) Quast; her grandchildren Jacob (Stephanie) Quast, Jessica Quast (Taylor Reed), Myles Petley, Matthew Woofter (Alex Hopkins), Megan (Justin) Negenman, and Brody Quast; her great grandchildren Alexandra, Julianna Quast and Roman Negenman. Anne was predeceased by her parents John and Antonina Chastek and by her husband Herb.
May she eternally rest in peace knowing she left an enduring legacy after being an only child.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Smith, as well as the nurses and staff at Cambridge Manor, University District for their compassionate care during Anne's final years.
At Anne's request there will not be a funeral service. The family will have a private interment at Queen’s Park Cemetery.
