Bai Qiang Lei passed away in Calgary, Alberta on Thursday, October 27, 2016 at the age of 87 years. A Visitation will be held at FOSTER’S GARDEN CHAPEL, 3220 – 4 Street N.W., Calgary, AB (across from Queen’s Park Cemetery) on Thursday, November 3, 2016 from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at FOSTER’S GARDEN CHAPEL on Friday, November 4, 2016 at 1:00 p.m., interment to follow at Queen’s Park Cemetery.
