Barry Buchanan passed away peacefully on December 30th, at the age of 69.
Barry is survived by his wife Gina and sons David and Patrick. A true sports enthusiast, he was an avid fan of the Calgary Flames and the Calgary Stampeders, always sharing his enthusiasm and love for the teams with those around him. He was pre-deceased by his mom Laura and his dad Gordon
Barry was also an active member of the Acme and Irricana Masons and the Airdrie Wildrose Shriners Club, where he contributed his time and energy to support his community. His generosity, warmth, and sense of camaraderie will be remembered by all who knew him.
For many years, Barry courageously battled cancer, (2010 to 2024), showing strength and resilience throughout his journey. He will be missed by family and friends.
