Betty Marks (nee Mossfeldt) passed away May 30, 2012. Betty is survived by her loving children, Gary (Susan) and Karen (Ken); sisters, Evelyn (Ronald) Shierman and Marilyn (Leonard) Lee; brother, Ken (Carol) Mossfeldt as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her loving husband Bill of fifty-two years on August 12, 2004, and her parents, Oscar and Jennie.
Born in Calgary, Betty received her schooling at Haultain, Balmoral and Crescent Heights High. Bill and Betty had fun having brunches, especially at Christmas. It was one way of getting together and catching up on everyone and their families. After retirement, they spent several winters in the Southern States, enjoying the warm weather and activities.
At Betty’s request, a private family service will be held. Any donation may be made in Betty’s memory to the Agape Hospice, 1302 – 8 Ave NW, Calgary, AB T2N 1B8
