She was a loving mother, sister, and friend, always putting others before herself. She lived life to the fullest and had a passion for antiques and cooking. She had the most generous heart and touched many lives with her presence, which friends and family will always be thankful for.
Carol is survived by two sisters; Betty Rae Knight and Val Robinson along with daughters; Pamela Legg (Jonathan), Jocelyn Horb, Alison Farrell (Nick) and son Christopher Soby (Tracey). She is also remembered by her grandchildren; Morgan Keown (Katarina), Willa, Nathan, and great-grandson Thomas.
She was predeceased by her husband Donald Alvin Soby in 2023.
