Catherine Mabel Comba

Catherine was born and raised in Ontario and moved to Calgary when she married into the Comba family. During her working years she worked for Wilson Electric and Mobil Oil Canada.

Catherine in survived by her sister Joan (Norman) Ricketts in Ontario and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Fred and Susan Wilson, her husband Jerrold (Jerry) as well as sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, a niece and a nephew.

The family would like to express their sincere thanks and appreciation to the staff of Wentworth Manor especially the staff of Royal Oak for their love and compassionate care in making Catherine comfortable in her final weeks. We also extend our gratitude to Dr. Leslie Chan for taking such good care of Aunt Kitty’s needs and her caring compassionate manner.

At Catherine’s request no memorial service will be held at this time. Interment will be in the Comba family plot in Union Cemetery, Calgary later this spring or summer.

Please no flowers. If friends so desire memorial tributes may be made directly to a charity of the donor’s choice.
