Clair passed away peacefully on Monday, November 21, 2011. Sadly missed by his daughters Nadine (Daryl McRae), Brenda (Michael Twombly), Beth Belcourt and Andrea (Glenn Archer). His grandchildren Nicholas (Chantal), Jessica (Nathan), Dayna (Kyle), Laura, Jackie (Mike), Robyn, Cory, Ian (Katie) and Stephanie, and his great-grandson, Zachary.
Many thanks to the staff of units 54 and 38 (Peter Lougheed Centre), and a special thank you for the exceptional and compassionate care from the staff of the Santuari Hospice. Thanks also to Lyle Haeberle whose visits helped to brighten Dad’s final days.
A celebration of Clair’s life will be held on Saturday, November 26, 2011 from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. at the Royal Canadian Legion, #285 Branch, 9202 Horton Road SW, Calgary.
