Constance Mary Greenwood, a long time resident of Calgary, Alberta, passed away peacefully at the Bethany Care Centre on November 17, 2012, at the age of 92. She was predeceased by her parents Robert and Hannah Greenwood.
Connie served overseas during World War II with the Canadian Women’s Corp and following her discharge returned to Calgary, her birthplace, and was employed with the Public Service of Canada in the Unemployment Insurance Commission Office. She retired in 1984 and continued to reside in Calgary until her passing. She was a member of The First Baptist Church and was a strong supporter of the Mustard Seed.
Connie leaves to cherish her memory Rosemary Medlicott, Joan and William Anhorn (Brett, Nicole and families), Thomas and Gene Medlicott (Ryan, John, Suzanne and families) and Charlene and Bruce Kolesnik (Chad and Chantelle). She is also survived by her Greenwood relatives, Karen, John, David, Robert and families.
