Cy was born on April 16, 1932 in Devon, New Brunswick and loved to share his childhood stories of growing up on the east coast. He became a member of the RCMP and was stationed in Alberta where he met his wife of 65 years Madeleine Landreville. Everyone who knew Cy will remember him for his great gift of talking to anyone who would listen and the spring in his step when he heard that good ole east coast fiddle music. He loved his hockey, especially the Calgary Flames, and rarely missed watching a game. Family and friends will miss Cy, but our memories will keep him near.
The family wishes to thank the many caregivers and staff at Southwood Care Centre for their kindness and compassionate care.
There is no service, by request, but a celebration of life will be held for family and friends at a later date.
