David passed away suddenly at his home in Calgary, Alberta on Sunday, December 12, 2021 at the age of 68 years. David will be lovingly remembered by his wife Cerelie, his children; AJ, Mary (Ben), Jacob (Eve), Yasmin, and Ethan, as well as his grandchildren; Logan, Mckenna, Elizabeth, and Alexandra. Also left to mourn David is his sister, Carol (Len) and many more family and friends. He was predeceased by his parents, Nelson Eamor and Audrey Eamor, as well as his infant brother Philip.
David was born on November 18, 1953 in Calgary, Alberta. He was very studious as a child because he really was interested in so many things. He studied journalism at Mount Royal College and also received his Bachelor of Arts in Journalism at Brigham Young University. After working in that field for many years as a writer, journalist and photographer, David joined what is now Encana Corporation and began a career in the mineral land department.
At the age of 17 he was introduced to the Church of Latter Day Saints, and then spent years studying this. He also spent 14 years completing all of his genealogy on 14 lines, working on 300 years of family history.
David enjoyed travelling, and particularly to the Philippines where his wife Cerelie is from and where they were married on April 14, 2008. David was a warm, loving individual who adopted Cerelie’s family as his own, loving every minute he could spend with them.
