David Bryan Wells

A devoted father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle and friend, passed away surrounded by family on Saturday, February 8, 2025, after an overwhelming and courageous battle with cancer.

David leaves behind daughters Christa and Susan (Brian); son Dylan; grandchildren Adrian (Emily), MacKenzi, Taylor, Hudson and Xander; great-grandchildren Aubrey and Elle; brother Wayne Parsley and sisters Ann Abbott, Georgina (Andy) Richards, Tina (Gary) Adams, Tammy Parsley (Tony) and Kelly Parsley. David is remembered by a huge circle of nieces, nephews and friends. He is also survived by his best friend of over fifty years, Paul Cleary.

David was pre deceased by his parents Catherine Parsley and George Wells, as well as his brother John Parsley.

He was known by all who knew him for his uncanny way of putting a smile on your face. He was overly devoted to making sure everyone around him was taken care of.

We would like to send a very heartfelt thank you to all the staff at the Salvation Army Agape Hospice. We appreciate your care of our father and the support you gave to our family from near and far during our time with you.

David will be cremated and memorial services will be announced at a later date by family both in Newfoundland and Alberta.
