It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mother, Doris Marie MacRae in Calgary, Alberta on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at the age of 99 years. She was born in Lawler, Iowa to parents George and Caroline Eilers.
Doris is survived by her son Robert MacRae, her daughters Carol Carberry, Jacqueline Foley (Craig) and Heather Mann, her grandchildren Spencer Foley (Koshiki), Paige Foley, Anthony Mann (Kelan), Michael Mann (Alisha), her great-granddaughters Remellia and Penelope, her brother Florian Eilers (Joyce) and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husbands Maurice Carberry and Blair MacRae, her daughter Rosalie Carberry, her brother Giles Eilers and her sister Virginia Lyons.
