He is survived by his parents Dave and Inger Worthen, his sisters Cathie Reid (Eric) and Patti Holatko (Frank) and his brother Michael (Diane); his nephews and nieces, Calvin, Ben, Kassia, Marlee, Heather and Nick. He was predeceased by his mother Diane.
Douglas will be greatly missed by family and friends that he has made throughout his life.
A Celebration of Life Reception will be held at SOUTH CALGARY FUNERAL CENTRE, 12700 Macleod Trail South, (at Lake Fraser Gate) Calgary on Thursday, January 5, 2012 at 1:00 p.m.
