Mrs. Eleanor Barbara Harwardt

March 29, 1928 - February 11, 2011

Eleanor Harwardt passed away peacefully at home on Friday, February 11, 2011 at the age of 82 years. She is lovingly remembered by daughter Betty Anne (Robert); son Jim (Susan); granddaughter Tricia; grandson Barry; great-grandsons Zach, Blaine and Henry; sisters Pat, Colleen and Val; and sister-in-law Joyce. Eleanor is predeceased by her husband Hank and brother Bob. Friends and family are invited to an open house on Wednesday, February 16, 2011 between 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at Jim and Susan's house to remember and celebrate Eleanor's life. At the family's request, there will be no formal Service. Special thanks to her caregivers Joy Lord-Duncan, Genese Carnakie and the staff at Retire-at-Home Services. Sincere thanks to Eleanor's special friends; Yoli Marchant and Kay Brown for their loving support over the years. Also thanks to Sam and his staff at Diva Hair Salons for making her feel so special.
