Elizabeth Keeley (nee Lum)

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Mom, Grandmother, Sister and Aunt at the age of 93 years. Elizabeth is lovingly remembered and will be sadly missed by her children; Susan (Daryl) Sugiyama, Trevor (Theresa), Lori (Ric) Pollock, Sherman (Liana) and her five cherished grandchildren Christopher, Brittany, Amy, Emily and Benjamin. Elizabeth is survived by her sister Joan Leong (St. Louis, Missouri) and sister-in-laws, Mayme Keeley and Foon Lok Lum as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Elizabeth is predeceased by her loving husband George (1965) and her son Phillip (2003); Sisters Lily and Cenia; Brothers Alec, William, Walter and Gus. Elizabeth was a quiet person, wonderful cook, pie maker and gardener. The family would like to thank all the staff at Chinook Care Center and especially the 3rd floor staff at Brentwood Care Center for all the personal and attentive care Elizabeth received until her passing. A Private Graveside Service will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes may be made directly to the Alzheimer Society of Calgary, 7015 Macleod Trail S.W. Calgary, AB, T2H 2K6.
