Born January 28, 1931 in Coleville, SK, passed peacefully and is now watching over us from heaven. Elsie was the loving wife of Harold E. Jackson and mother to June, Susanne, Brenda, Colleen, Cathy and Janet. They, as well as her siblings, sons-in law, grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends will miss her very much.
Affectionately known as Central, she used her treasured phone to keep her multigenerational family and friends connected with information and stories. You could always call her to find out what was happening! She took the time to listen, was encouraging, thoughtful and made you feel special. Elsie was a wise, caring and compassionate lady.
