George Allen Burke passed away peacefully in his 89th year at the Calgary Foothills Hospital. He is survived by sister Joyce Burke and brother Doug Burke. A Celebration of Life tea will be held on Thursday, August 11, 2016 from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at the Greater Forest Lawn 55+ Society, 3425 - 26 Avenue S.E. Calgary, AB. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Alberta, suite 100, 119 – 14 Street N.W., Calgary, AB T2N 1Z6.
