She was born in Saltcoats, SK on August 10, 1952. She is remembered by her husband of 32 years, David Young. Daughter Kari Tannas and her two daughters, Halie Dawn and Hannah. Her youngest daughter Leora Maruzs and her husband Mark Maruzs and their 3 children Kayla, Kiara and Cole, and her great granddaughter Aurora. She is survived by her mom, Lenora Smith, 3 siblings and an abundance of nieces and nephews.
Over the years her greatest joy was from spending time with her grandchildren and adored great granddaughter.
Mom loved the times her and David spent traveling together, snow birding in Yuma and the trips on the motorbike.
Her grandchildren collectively say she will be missed for her back tickles and the deep conversations with them.
It is her wish that there be no funeral or celebration of life.
