Grant is survived by his brother, Bill. He will also be lovingly remembered by his wife, Lorie and daughter, Amy (Super "A"). Grant will also be missed by sister-in-law, Carol as well as by his nieces, Ashley (Dillon) and Courtney. He was predeceased by his father, Thomas "Tom" Alexander and his mother, Frances Marina. Grant was born in Calgary and studied at SAIT to become a journeyman mechanic, and ended up working at Village Honda where he quickly became their ‘go to’ man for being able to diagnosis difficult problems. In fact, Grant was very seldom stumped by any vehicle that came into the shop. It was during this time he met and married Lorie. Soon after, the love of Grant’s life, Amy, was born. In his short life, Grant made several friends who will also miss him.
