Hans was born in Germany, raised in Ontario but called Alberta his home. He was an avid hunter and outdoorsman, a comic book collector and a movie enthusiast. Hans loved a simple life and lived it to the fullest.
He is survived by his brother Kenneth (Stacey) Arndt; nephews Logan (Hailey) Arndt and Lucas (Olivia) Arndt, nieces Rachel Arndt and Patricia Arndt; as well as nephews Phillip Steel and Robert Steel.
Hans will be also missed by Richard Friedl and family, Kassandra Lang and family, as well as by many friends, and all who knew him.
He is predeceased by his parents Kurt and Hilda and his brother Charles.
A private interment will be held at a later date.
