Since my own dear Erv left his earthly home to his eternal home, I am very aware of how close to our hearts this hits all of us at some time or other.
We three sisters want Aunt Helen's family to know you are in our
thoughts & prayers at this time. It was a very special time to be with Aunt Helen, Uncle Emil & most of you at the Anhorn family reunion in Strathmore. Because we grew up with a faith that our grandparents taught us to believe in God & life after death, we have the great hope we will all meet again on the other side at the great reunion.
Blessings to you all at this sad parting time,
Marlene, Karen & Dawn (Elsie Stahl's girls)

The angels looked down from heaven one night.
They searched for miles afar,
And deep within the distance
They could see a shining star.
They knew that very instant
That the star was theirs to gain,
So they took you up to heaven,
Forever to remain.
Look down on us from heaven.
Keep us free from hurt and pain.
You'll always be within my heart
Until we meet again.
My Condolences, to Helen's family, and friends
RIP Helen you will be missed but never forgotten

I could write a book about both Helen and Emil. I started going out with their niece (Bev) 40 years ago. Along with Bev's parents and the rest of her relatives, I and my two daughter's were immediately accepted into their family. We enjoyed many dinners together and more then a few card games. Helen and Emil always had smiles on their faces and a warm spot in their hearts. The last few times I saw Helen, her face would brighten up with recognition, and a stronge boisterous "Bob, how are you" and then a wave of her hands to come over for a kiss and a hug. It is with sadness that I say good bye, she will be missed.
