Isabel Frances Davies, (nee Dixon) at the age of 95, passed peacefully into the presence of her Lord and Savior with her son, Les, by her side. She is survived by her son Les; daughter Heather (Barry); grandsons Thomas, Andrew and Matthew (Clementine); and great-granddaughter Lincoln as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her loving husband of over 50 years, Malvern Leslie Davies, who passed away in 2006.
Isabel was a woman of great faith, which sustained her through the rough times as well as the good times. She was a Medical Laboratory Technologist for many years working in South Calgary, High River and Black Diamond. She was a gentle, kind soul and she loved her family more than anything else on earth. She will forever be cherished.
The family would like to thank all those who lovingly cared for her at her brief stay in Mayfair Care Centre and the Rockyview Hospital in both Emergency and Unit 73.
A Memorial Service will be held at Rocky Mountain Calvary, (8241 31 St SE), on Friday, September 3, 2021 at 2:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances can be made by donating to the charity of your choice.
