Left to remember her are her children, Colleen Woo (Rick) of Calgary and Greg Gavel (Kira) of Tempe, AZ and grandchildren, Amanda, Jeremy, Brandon and Collin. She is also survived by her brother Alec (Vicki), sister Margaret and sisters-in-law Evelyn and Irene as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Joan was predeceased by Colleen and Greg’s father, Gordon and her second husband, Brian. She was also predeceased by her brothers David and John and an infant sister Caroline.
