John "Warner" Loven

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our Father, Warner, on Friday June 7, 2013, at the age of age of 84 years. He will be lovingly remembered by his children; Larry, Ed, Maureen (Ken), Greg, and Donna (Gord); as well as his eight grandchildren; Akoulina, Rachel, Sophie, Conrad, Amanda, Ben, Michaela, Jenna and one great-grandchild; Lincoln. Warner was predeceased by Joyce, his wife of 60 years, his sisters Eleanor and Sylvia, and brother Galen. Warner is survived by his sister Lorna and brother Einar along with many loving nieces and nephews and their children. He will be missed by many lifelong friends. On behalf of all Warner’s family and friends we would like to thank all the staff at the AGAPE’ Hospice, Foothills Cardiac Function Clinic and Alberta Health Services-Senior Integrated Home Care for the compassion, comfort, dignity, and professionalism which you all showed in caring for our Father and Friend. You are all truly the pinnacles of your profession. A Celebration of Warner’s Life will be held at ST. BARNABAS ANGLICAN CHURCH (1407 7th Avenue N.W. Calgary) on Monday, June 17, 2013 at 3:00 P.M.
